Ferranti has built a complete call-taking and automated dispatching solution around the Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) product of Intergraph. This Graphical Information System (GIS) based solution allows the complete integration of different systems (Paging, VHF and Tetra communications, immotica, PA-system, badge-ing, AVL, remote access, planning, …) in order to automate the dispatching in a way that minimizes human intervention.
