ERP/Service Management with Microsoft Dynamics AX for Electro-Test

Ferranti Computer Systems has been instructed by Electro-Test to implement Microsoft Dynamics AX as their ERP/Service Management solution. Electro-Test (www.electro-test.be) is a fast growing company that is among other things active in the fields of inspections of electricity-, gas-, and water installations, lifts and lifting devices, energy audits and training.

Ferranti will implement the standard CRM, Service Management, Invoicing and Financial modules of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 with a number of extensions to provide “inspectors” with remote Internet access to their planning data and dossiers via the AX Enterprise Portal.
