Tasks and responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs and translate them into functional ERP solutions.
• Configure and extend Dynamics 365 F&O to support complex utility processes like billing, contract management, and meter data flows.
• Lead workshops and guide clients through process optimization and solution design.
• Collaborate with developers and technical consultants to ensure seamless implementation.
• Write functional design documents and test scenarios, and support clients during testing and go-live.
• Take ownership of specific functional domains and contribute to product improvements in agile sprints.

Profile

You have:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or AX).
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for solving business challenges.
• Ability to bridge functional and technical perspectives.
• Experience in utilities is a plus — but not required.
• Strong communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills.

You are: 

• A dynamic team player with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
• Flexible and willing to travel.
• Able to influence, negotiate, and build consensus with clients & colleagues.
