As our Project & Process Improvement Consultant, you’ll play a key role in how Ferranti delivers its MECOMS 365 solution. You’ll support project execution and internal workflows, while helping shape and promote our project methodology across teams. Working closely with our PMO, you’ll act as an internal auditor, process optimizer, and cross-team connector — driving consistency, quality, and continuous improvement.

 

Your main tasks and responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the MECOMS project methodology, ensuring consistent use of tools, templates, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the PMO to refine project standards and embed best practices across teams.
  • Monitor project status, effort bookings, and monthly closings.
  • Support project managers with reporting, budget follow-up, and internal coordination.
  • Analyze Azure DevOps environments and internal workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Act as internal auditor: assess compliance and advise on process optimizations.
  • Organize internal sessions (PM/SDM meetings, knowledge exchanges, etc.).
  • Foster strong collaboration across departments (consultants, architects, operations, HR, finance, etc.

Profile

You have:

  • A Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • A passion for improving how teams work and collaborate.
  • Experience or strong interest in project coordination or process improvement.

You are: 

  • A proactive multitasker who thrives in structured environments.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable with both people and processes.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
