UX Designer

As a UX Designer, you will collaborate with our dynamic team to create and refine user interfaces, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and technically sound. With a focus on technologies like Blazor, you will play a crucial role in shaping seamless and effective user experiences that drive the success of our products, while also contributing to the development process.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Develop detailed wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs that enhance usability and address user needs.
• Analyze and refine user interactions with applications, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Work closely with product owners, project managers, and development teams to align design solutions with project goals and user requirements.
• Apply front-end technologies, particularly Blazor, to implement designs that are both visually appealing and highly functional.
• Actively participate in the development process, translating design concepts into working code.
• Collect and integrate user feedback to inform design and development improvements, making data-driven decisions to boost application performance.
• Identify and resolve user experience issues to maintain high usability and user satisfaction.

Profile

You have:

• A strong background in UX design, with hands-on experience in creating wireframes and prototypes, and implementing designs.
• Full-stack background with a focus on front-end technologies; experience with Blazor is a must.
• The ability to analyze user interactions and translate feedback into actionable design and development improvements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working effectively with product owners and development teams.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and design execution, design execution, and development.

• Passionate about creating user-centric designs with a focus on usability and functionality, and development.
• A dynamic team player who can also work independently on complex design projects.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with additional language skills being a plus.
• Flexible and open to travel if required.
