Microsoft, Senior FastTrack Solution Architect
As part of our strong partnership with Microsoft, we’re proud to share the insights of Ruchi, Senior FastTrack Solution Architect at Microsoft, who represented Microsoft at BOOST25. Her reflections capture how AI is transforming the utilities and energy sector, and how our joint efforts are shaping the future of digital transformation.
“At BOOST25, I represented Microsoft as a Senior FastTrack Solution Architect, driving conversations on how AI can transform the utilities and energy sector.”
My key contribution was delivering a session on “Build Your Own Agentic AI for Utilities and Energy Companies”, where I demonstrated how organizations can leverage Microsoft Copilot Studio and agentic AI frameworks to create intelligent, autonomous solutions.
The session focused on practical strategies for embedding AI into operational workflows — enabling predictive maintenance, optimizing grid operations, and enhancing customer engagement — while ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
I also presented multiple real-world use cases showing how utilities and energy companies can leverage AI to improve employee productivity.

“The utilities sector is at a pivotal moment, where digital transformation and AI-driven automation are paramount for resilience and sustainability.”
I am confident that AI is more than a technological enhancement, it is a strategic catalyst enabling utilities to deliver smarter grids, predictive insights, and tailored customer experiences.
BOOST25 provided a strong platform to reinforce the Ferranti–Microsoft partnership as leaders in driving digital transformation for utilities.
Together, we are enabling:
