At MECOMS Skopje, the “Ride to Shine” program is all about giving young professionals a strong, supportive start to their careers.

Each group usually begins with around four people, which makes it easy to build connections right from the start. You are not just thrown into the deep end. Instead, you go through a mix of classroom sessions, hands-on learning, and continuous mentoring. You get to know the MECOMS 365 product while also building your skills in technologies like Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and .NET.

One of the biggest advantages of being in Skopje is the team itself. There are around 50 people, many of whom have been with the company for more than 10 years. That experience really shows. As a newcomer, you are surrounded by people who are open to sharing knowledge, answering questions, and helping you grow. It creates a very friendly and encouraging environment where learning feels natural.

A program that truly invests in young people

The program lasts for two years, giving you enough time to build a solid foundation. At the beginning, the focus is on learning how everything works, from the energy domain to the product and the tech behind it. Step by step, you start getting involved in real projects, taking on more responsibility as your confidence grows.

What stands out is that the support does not stop after the program ends. The mentoring mindset is part of the culture at Ferranti, so you will always have someone to turn to. Whether you are stuck on something technical or thinking about your next career step, there is always guidance available.
