BOOST CONNECT, held on September 26-27 in Antwerp, was a dynamic two-day event bringing together industry leaders for insightful plenary sessions on Energy Transition, Smart Utility Workforce, and Data Privacy and Security.
Attendees engaged in tech breakouts and connected in small user groups facilitated by experts. The agenda included welcome lunches, interactive booths, and a dinner event with an open bar, all within the context of BOOST a Ferranti Event. Day one at Lindner Hotel featured inspiring sessions and a rooftop bar walking dinner, providing a unique platform for industry learning and networking.

The BOOST22 edition, held from May 17th to 19th, featured dynamic sessions on the latest innovations in the energy and utility market. Renowned speakers, including Steven Van Belleghem and Jim Stolze, shared insights on Customer Experience.
Attendees engaged in interactive workshops, listened to keynotes, and explored trends and technologies presented by partners and guest lecturers. The event, BOOST a Ferranti event, not only offered valuable insights but also provided opportunities for onsite relaxation and lucrative activities, such as a walking dinner at the Botanic hotel and a vibrant welcome party.

BOOST18, a dynamic 3-day conference, unfolded within the prestigious Ferranti HQ in Antwerp from October 9 to 11. This extraordinary event attracted over 150 participants, with representatives from key industry players in Belgium and the Netherlands, along with a global presence spanning 14 countries, including the United States, Japan, Italy, Israel, and even the Seychelles.
Enthusiastic attendees seized the opportunity to immerse themselves in the transformative journey of MECOMS towards a digital cloud platform. The conference facilitated invaluable networking, allowing participants to connect with peers and subject matter experts while gaining insights from the successful practices of others.
The keynote session proved to be a highlight, featuring industry specialists who shared their perspectives on the dynamic landscape of the Energy and Utilities market, cutting-edge technology, and innovation. BOOST18 emerged as a nexus of knowledge exchange, fostering collaboration and contributing to the collective advancement of the industry.
From January 26 to 28, 2016, the 1st Ferranti Global Week unfolded at the new Ferranti office in Antwerp, marking a memorable event in the company’s history. Customers from around the world were warmly welcomed to explore the transformative potential of MECOMS™ through engaging presentations, break-out sessions, expert talks, hands-on activities, training sessions, and learning snacks.
Participants had the unique opportunity to witness Microsoft’s Digital Crimes Unit in action, identifying and disrupting cybercrime globally. Moreover, they delved into how businesses leverage Tesla Energy solutions, and some even had the exhilarating experience of test-driving a Tesla car. The Ferranti Global Week left an indelible mark as a hub of knowledge, collaboration, and inspiration for all attendees.
